Yes, He is.  So good, in fact, that He has provided nearly every fund I need for the trip!  AHH! 
I'm not gonna lie, I was having a LOT of trouble getting the funds in.  Then, a huge donation came in and paid for almost everything.  I knew if He wanted me to go, He would provide everything...and He did :).
